Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with no damage beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Please return items in their original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and tags, where applicable.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, email us at contact@woodena.world and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, please mention this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping: Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or applicable law states otherwise, customers are responsible for the direct shipping costs of returning products. Original shipping costs are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
